Wholemeal sourdough loaf with rye and spelt
Our original 24 hour love and care loaf made with wholemeal flour with spelt and rye for the extra flavour.
Each loaf takes 4 hours for the making plus 20 hours of fermentation to develop the depth of flavour and the special texture that only sourdough bread can offer! The baking itself is two stage process to allow the bread to rise first and then brown to perfection!

Mostly white sourdough loaf
Another one of our 24 hour love and care loaf made with white flour. It has a lighter texture for those who prefers a fluffier slice of bread!
We only use white bread flour but there is a small amount of wholemeal flour from the sourdough starter which is made with wholemeal flour.

2 x Sourdough baguette
These sourdough baguette are half the length of the usual long ones. They are made with white bread flour with a very small amount of wholemeal flour that comes from the starter.
They are sold in pairs because our oven is not big enough to make one long one!

Granary wholemeal sourdough loaf
Our sourdough granary loaf is made with light malthouse flour as well as white and wholemeal flours. The extra 5 seed blend (malted wheat flakes, barley flakes, sunflower seeds, millet and oats) gives the extra nuttiness and texture to the already tasty bread!
